Satic, Inc and Bob Smallwood

Satic, Inc., one of Smallwood's spinoff companies which gOt its start in Montana, is now adding an office in Tennessee. The owners have been advised of Smallwood's reputation, yet they continue to misrepresent the company based on Smallwood's misrepresentation of himself as the inventor of today's fluorescent lighting and the shape of today's compact fluorescent bulbs. The company claims it has certifications for its products, but they would need to publish these online for me to believe it.

Here's what they have to say:

"7) Are there any other products on the market similar to yours?
Yes; the technology is not new. What sets our product apart is the inventor, Bob Smallwood. He is well known in the lighting industry. He is responsible for the current ballast in most fluorescent light bulbs as well as for the spiral shape in most single bulbs today. Our product is more efficient, also acting as a surge protector, & corrects the Power Factor of the electrical current flowing through the box. Nothing else I am aware of does all of that in one unit at our pricing. It is truly a great value!

And their new address:
