Though you can't find a name on either website (other than a couple of foreign gentlemen), I have it on good authority that this is Smallwood's new company. He is using some of the same products as SATIC, which appears to be healthy on the internet, yet is delinquent in its business registration in Montana.

This is yet another company to avoid, since it would not be trustworthy where product or services are concerned. In other words, a Leopard does not change his spots.

Address is given as 1703 East Girard Place Englewood Co 80113. Englewood is one of Bob's haunts and he still has his children and Rick Bailey in that area.

Smallwood's Location and activities are known

Recently, A Private Investigator here in town asked me to do him a favor on a case that I was familiar with. In return, he ran a background and "find" search on Smallwood using the PI database which yielded some 79 pages of information.

At this point, I invite Smallwood to get in touch with me by email, before I unleash this information in some very interesting places. If not, then, well...........

THE BIOIZER BULB BECOMES THE SATIC BULB!!

Imagine my hilarity upon checking out Satic's new website www.saticsaver.com. Smallwood's Bioizer light Bulb suddenly appears with a new label on an old picture. Now its the Satic bulb, same thing, same "inventor", though Erickson knows not to list Bob on this website, but still has another out there that does list him. All of these trademarks look like the original trademark for purespectrum, now owned by Bob's old employees whom he fired, as are all of the patents coming out of Transworld Lighting.

Unfortunately, Erickson has hired some others in his little company, and they probably do not know what they are getting into. But Erickson's qualifications look mighty embellished. He seems to be a good student of Bob's. They even claim to be founders of Second Wave, purportedly for underprivileged children. Can't find it on the web though. This is one of Bob's marketing ploys. Behaving as though he is a nice Christian man. Give us a break!!

Ssomewhere, Bob is behind the scenes in Satic, providing the products which are made in China. So he is making money off this company in his own parasitic way.

NEW INFORMATION

Sorry we have not posted for some time. We thought it would make sense to alert people that one of our contributers has been threatened with a lawsuit with damages, for defamation of SATIC. The claim was that the company had absolutely nothing to do with Smallwood, nor were they associated with him in any way. The alleged "defamation" had cost them $100,000 in sales of their products. However, Smallwood's name is STILL on their website as the inventor of this product.

We challenged Mr. Erickson that he had told his attorney falsehoods and we could easily prove this. He was upset and called us nasty names. It would appear that the owners of this company found themselves involved with Smallwood, to the extent that they have to pay him to have the product made and shipped to the USA from China. Like many before them, they invested their time and money in this endeavor without realizing who and what Smallwood is. Once they knew they could not get out without losing their investments, they continued to do business with Smallwood at their own risk. We cannot really review their product, but what we can say is that if it is coming from Bob Smallwood, then its certifications, patents, and warranties are suspect.

We duly informed Erickson that if he wished to share his story we would be glad to post it.

Satic, Inc and Bob Smallwood

Satic, Inc., one of Smallwood's spinoff companies which gOt its start in Montana, is now adding an office in Tennessee. The owners have been advised of Smallwood's reputation, yet they continue to misrepresent the company based on Smallwood's misrepresentation of himself as the inventor of today's fluorescent lighting and the shape of today's compact fluorescent bulbs. The company claims it has certifications for its products, but they would need to publish these online for me to believe it.
